Brushstrokes was created by Roy Lichtenstein in 1967 as a screenprint in colors on wove paper, and is hand-signed and numbered in pencil. Measuring 23 x 31 in. (58.4 x 78.7 cm), unframed, from the edition of 300, the artwork was published by Leo Castelli Gallery for the Pasadena Art Museum and printed by Aetna Silkscreen Products. It is designated as Corlett 45 in the artist's catalogue raisonne.
