Condition: In overall good condition, with some soft handling creases at the edges, and some visible flow & soft water stains on the bottom right corner. Some minor defects and some slight flow upper margin as well. Image very clean otherwise, with bright and vivid colors. Printed on the back as issued.
Andy Warhol designed his original screenprint after an advertising picture for the 1953 movie "Nigeria", starring Marilyn Monroe. His silkscreen, published only a few weeks after the actress' death, is one of the most famous Pop-Art artworks.

Condition : En bon état général, avec des plis légers de manipulation sur les bords, et des taches d'eau légères & mouillures visibles dans le coin inférieur droit. Des défauts mineurs et une légere mouillure dans la marge supérieure également. Image très propre autrement, avec des couleurs vives. Imprimée sur le dos comme à sa publication.
Andy Warhol a conçu sa sérigraphie originale d'après une photo publicitaire pour le film "Nigeria" de 1953, avec Marilyn Monroe. Sa sérigraphie, publiée quelques semaines seulement après la mort de l'actrice, est l'une des œuvres d'art Pop-Art les plus célèbres.
