From a negative taken just six weeks before Marilyn Monroe’s death, Bert Stern was commissioned by Vogue Magazine in 1962 to shoot what was to become known as The Last Sitting. This remarkable digital print, created by the photographer in 2012 in an edition of just 25, is hand-signed, titled, with edition number in black crayon (recto); signed by the photographer again, dated and with copyright stamp (verso) and measures 19 x 13 inches (48.3 x 33 cm), unframed.
