Etching aquatint from the artist's book 'L'eredità di Dante' by Luigi Cavallo. The book was printed in 400 copies numbered from 1 to 400 plus 40 copies numbered from I to XL. The numbers from 1 to 100 are accompanied by two etchings by Salvatore Fiume, the numbers from 101 to 200 are accompanied by two etchings by Lucio Fontana, the numbers from 201 to 300 are accompanied by two etchings by Giuseppe Guerreschi, the numbers from 301 to 400 are accompanied by two etchings by Giuseppe Migneco. The numbering is present in the colophon of the book from which the engraving is taken and a visible copy is provided on the back of the frame, as shown in photo n-3. Paper size 21 x 16.
